Puppy Madeline
A soft, Madeline-style cookie that is vegan and gluten free! We use aquafaba (chickpea liquid reduction) as our egg substitute to keep that fluffy texture. They are best enjoyed within 2 days for soft texture, but like any baked good, they will go stale if left any longer. A single box will come with 2!
Ingredients: Rice flour, oat flour, cornstarch, aquafaba, coconut oil, flax meal, baking soda, baking powder.
